2015

Regal Homes acquires Pentonville Road

London developer Regal Homes has partnered with ESO Capital Group to acquire a 0.34 hectare site at 130-154 Pentonville Road, strategically located between the international transport hub and regeneration zone of King’s Cross and the thriving district of Angel Islington in London’s N1 postcode. The total GDV of the site is circa £125m. The site has existing planning consent for 118 apartments, of which 20 units have been allocated to affordable housing. Amenities for residents will include a spa, gym, swimming pool, cinema and concierge at ground floor and basement levels.

Royal Quay

Regal Homes were established in London in 1998, by co-founder's Paul Eden and Simon De Friend. Originally developing existing properties, the company grew rapidly and is now a leading London developer.
